Þingvellir National Park – Where You Walk Between Two Continents

Standing in Þingvellir Iceland where North America plate meets Eurasian plate. Iceland is the only place in the world where this rift is above sea-level, and nowhere can you see the edges of both plates as clearly as in Þingvellir.

  2. Thank you for your views of Iceland!! My dad served in the Coast Guard in WWII, and was stationed in Iceland. Always heard it was beautiful so it warmed my heart to see your pictures!! Thank you.
